SEM was the City of Bexley’s School Architect for the historic Maryland Elementary School and the K-12 Cassingham School. Work at the Elementary School included a new Multi-purpose Room Addition, and remodeling throughout including refinishing plaster walls and natural woodwork throughout. The building has a combination clay tile, shingle, and EPDM roofs. The K-12 School work included a classroom addition, an arts wing addition and a cafeteria addition. Renovations occurred to two existing auditoriums, as well as in public corridor areas. The entire building was provided with a new EPDM roof.
