Cassingham K-12 Facility
Bexley School District
Bexley, Ohio
The Cassingham complex is a 100,000 sf K-12 facility that was a collection of many worn and out-dated additions built over its 60-year history. It had become too small for the growth of the district and lacked a central identity. SEM added academic and art wings, renovated two major theaters, and updated the mechanical/electrical systems. The design then added a new dining area and main entry facade which helps to visually simplify the complex with a new identity.
