State and Walnut Office Building

SEM Architects
Westerville, Ohio

SEM's home office began as a residence in 1870, then received an addition and was converted to an office building in 1970. SEM continues to provide complete tenant layout and interior office design for this 15,000 sf 3-story office in Westerville's historic downtown overlay district. Interior design maintains the integrity of the building with historically sensitive elements. Decorative light fixtures are provided in focus areas and interior office spaces contain wood-framed glass panels to create a sense of transparency and shared natural light.
